Click the Camera app and you will get it launched.
Step 2.Use the Mute Button
Tap the Menu button and then go to "Others". Tick "Mute". Now you shutter sound is off.

Part 2: Guide to Delete Camera Sound File
Step 1. Install FramarootThere are so many ways to do this. And Framaroot works for most phone. Get it at AndroidXDA. Download and set it up.
Step 2. Start to Root Your Android
Click the box and select "Install SuperSU". Try the first exploit "Boromir". If it fails, try the other two.



Step 3.Delete the Sound File with Root Explorer
Install and open your Root Explorer. Go to /root/system/media/audio and you will find this file named "camera_click.ogg". Use the button "Mount R/W". Press and hold the file name for a while. Click "Delete" and all is done.
